We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product available for purchase, where reasonably necessary.
3. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITED RELEASES
Certain Profunda products may be offered through a reservation or limited-release system.
A reservation does not constitute a completed purchase unless payment has been successfully made and the order has been confirmed by us.
Where a customer has previously reserved a product, we may provide a private or limited-access opportunity to complete the purchase within a specified period.
If payment is not completed within the communicated period, we reserve the right to release the reserved product and make it available to another customer.
Availability of reserved products remains subject to production, quality control, applicable regulations, and other circumstances that may reasonably affect our ability to supply the product.
4. ORDERS
When you place an order through our website, you are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide is complete and accurate, including your name, email address, billing information, shipping address, and telephone number.
After placing an order, you may receive an electronic confirmation. Receipt of an order confirmation does not prevent us from contacting you if additional information or verification is required.

We currently use DHL eCommerce for applicable deliveries.

Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.
