Distance Sales Agreement
1. PARTIES
This Distance Sales Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into electronically between:

BUYER
The individual or legal entity placing an order through profundahoney.com (“Buyer”).
The Buyer’s name, contact information, billing address and delivery address are the details provided by the Buyer during checkout.
2. SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
This Agreement governs the distance sale and delivery of products purchased electronically by the Buyer through profundahoney.com and sets out the respective rights and obligations of the Seller and the Buyer.
The characteristics, quantity, sales price, payment information and other details of the product purchased by the Buyer are displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout and form an integral part of this Agreement.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
Profunda Honey offers honey and related products, including limited-harvest and limited-release products.
The essential characteristics, quantity, price and other relevant information concerning the product are presented to the Buyer before the order is completed.
Due to the natural characteristics of honey and limited-harvest products, variations in colour, texture, aroma, crystallisation and other naturally occurring characteristics may occur and do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
4. PRICE AND PAYMENT
The total price payable by the Buyer, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges or other applicable costs, is displayed during checkout before the Buyer confirms the order.
Payment is made electronically using the payment methods available at checkout.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment service providers.
An order is considered paid after successful authorization and confirmation of the payment transaction.
5. FORMATION OF THE AGREEMENT
Before completing the purchase, the Buyer is provided with information concerning the product, price, payment, delivery and applicable policies.
By completing the order and payment process, the Buyer confirms the purchase electronically.
The Agreement becomes effective upon successful completion and confirmation of the order, subject to applicable law.
6. DELIVERY
Orders within Türkiye are shipped via DHL eCommerce to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:
• Istanbul: Same-day delivery
• Ankara and Izmir: Next-business-day delivery
• Other cities in Türkiye: Approximately 2 business days
These delivery periods are estimates and may vary due to the delivery address, order time, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
The Buyer is responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information.

7. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITED RELEASES
Certain Profunda Honey products may be offered through a reservation or limited-release system.
A reservation does not constitute a completed sale or guarantee shipment until the applicable payment has been successfully completed and the order has been confirmed.
Customers who have reserved a limited-release product may be provided with a private or limited-access opportunity to complete their purchase within a specified period.
If payment is not completed within the communicated period, the Seller may release the reserved product for sale to another customer.
8. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND RETURNS
The Buyer’s statutory rights under applicable consumer protection law remain reserved.
Due to the nature of the products sold by Profunda Honey as food products, and for reasons relating to health, hygiene, product integrity and food safety, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or excluded in circumstances permitted by applicable law, particularly where protective packaging or seals have been opened or compromised.
Products that have been opened, used or had their seal compromised cannot be returned for ordinary change-of-mind reasons where an applicable legal exception applies.
This does not affect the Buyer’s rights in relation to products that are damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming.
9. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If the Buyer receives a damaged, defective or incorrect product, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as possible at:

The Buyer should provide the order number, a description of the issue and, where reasonably possible, photographs of the product and its packaging.
Once the request has been reviewed, the Seller will arrange an appropriate replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the Return & Refund Policy.
10. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method unless otherwise required or agreed.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
11. BUYER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Buyer is responsible for:
• providing accurate and complete order and delivery information;
• reviewing the product information and total price before completing the purchase;
• ensuring that the delivery address is suitable for receiving the order; and
• complying with these terms and applicable law.
If the Buyer becomes aware of an error in the delivery information after placing an order, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as possible at info@profundahoney.com.
12. SELLER’S RESPONSIBILITIES
The Seller is responsible for processing confirmed orders with reasonable care, preparing products appropriately for shipment and arranging delivery in accordance with the information provided during the ordering process and applicable law.
The Seller will provide appropriate assistance where an order is damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise subject to a valid consumer claim.
13. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND REASONABLE CONTROL
The Seller shall not be responsible for delays or failure to perform obligations caused by circumstances outside its reasonable control, including natural disasters, severe weather, transportation disruptions, carrier delays, governmental or regulatory measures, strikes, interruptions to infrastructure or similar events.
Nothing in this section limits any mandatory rights available to the Buyer under applicable law.
14. PRIVACY AND PERSONAL DATA
Personal information provided in connection with an order is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal information may be shared with service providers where necessary for payment processing, order fulfillment and delivery.

15. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies available to them under applicable consumer protection legislation, including the right to apply to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court where applicable.
Nothing in this Agreement limits any mandatory consumer rights provided by applicable law.
