This Pre-Information Form provides the Buyer with information regarding the Seller, the products offered for sale, payment, delivery, returns, withdrawal rights and other relevant terms before the Buyer completes a purchase through profundahoney.com.
By completing an order, the Buyer acknowledges having had the opportunity to review this information prior to entering into the Distance Sales Agreement.

2. BUYER INFORMATION
The Buyer is the individual or legal entity placing an order through profundahoney.com.
The Buyer’s name, email address, telephone number, billing address and delivery address are the details provided by the Buyer during checkout.
The Buyer is responsible for ensuring that all information provided during checkout is complete and accurate.
3. PRODUCT INFORMATION
The essential characteristics of each product, including its description, quantity, price and other relevant details, are displayed on the relevant product page and/or during checkout before the order is completed.
Profunda Honey products may include limited-harvest, limited-production and limited-release honey products.
Due to the natural characteristics of honey, variations in colour, texture, aroma, crystallisation and other naturally occurring characteristics may occur. Such natural variations do not, by themselves, constitute a defect.
4. PRODUCT PRICE AND ADDITIONAL COSTS
The sales price of the product is displayed on the relevant product page and during checkout.
The total amount payable by the Buyer, including applicable taxes, shipping charges and any other applicable costs, will be displayed before the Buyer confirms and pays for the order.
The Buyer will have an opportunity to review the total price before completing the purchase.
5. PAYMENT
Payment is made electronically using the payment methods made available during checkout.
Payments are processed securely through authorized payment service providers.
Profunda Honey does not directly store complete payment card information.
An order is considered paid once the payment transaction has been successfully authorized and confirmed by the relevant payment service provider.
6. ORDER CONFIRMATION
After the Buyer completes the checkout and payment process, an electronic order confirmation may be sent to the email address provided during checkout.
The order confirmation will contain or provide access to relevant information regarding the Buyer’s order.
The Seller may contact the Buyer if additional information or verification is reasonably required to process the order.
7. RESERVATIONS AND LIMITED RELEASES
Certain Profunda Honey products may be offered through a reservation or limited-release system.
A reservation does not constitute a completed purchase and does not, by itself, create an obligation to ship the product.
Customers who have previously reserved a product may receive a private or limited-access opportunity to complete their purchase.
The purchase is completed only when the applicable payment has been successfully made and the order has been confirmed.
Where a payment deadline is communicated for a reserved product, the Seller may release the reserved product if payment is not completed within that period.
8. DELIVERY
Orders within Türkiye are shipped via DHL eCommerce to the delivery address provided by the Buyer.
Estimated delivery times following dispatch are:
• Istanbul: Same-day delivery
• Ankara and Izmir: Next-business-day delivery
• Other cities in Türkiye: Approximately 2 business days
These delivery periods are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery times.
Delivery times may vary depending on the delivery address, order time, carrier operations, public holidays, weather conditions or other circumstances outside the Seller’s reasonable control.
Orders placed outside business hours, on weekends or on public holidays may be processed on the next business day.

9. DELIVERY ADDRESS AND CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY
The Buyer is responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address, telephone number and other information required for delivery.
The Buyer should carefully review this information before completing the order.
If the Buyer notices an error after placing an order, the Buyer should contact the Seller as soon as possible at info@profundahoney.com.
The Seller will make reasonable efforts to assist before dispatch but cannot guarantee that delivery information can be changed after an order has been handed over to the carrier.
10. RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Consumers may have a statutory right of withdrawal from distance contracts subject to the conditions, time limits and exceptions established under applicable consumer protection legislation.
However, statutory exceptions may apply to certain products due to their nature.
Profunda Honey products are food products. For reasons relating to health, hygiene, food safety and product integrity, the right of withdrawal may be restricted or excluded in circumstances permitted by applicable law, particularly where protective packaging or seals have been opened or compromised.
Products that have been opened, used or had their seal compromised cannot be returned for ordinary change-of-mind reasons where an applicable statutory exception applies.
Nothing in this section restricts the Buyer’s mandatory legal rights regarding damaged, defective, incorrect or otherwise non-conforming products.
11. DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE OR INCORRECT PRODUCTS
If a product arrives damaged or defective, or if the Buyer receives an incorrect product, the Buyer should contact Profunda Honey as soon as possible at:

The Buyer should provide:
• the order number;
• a brief description of the issue; and
• clear photographs of the product and its packaging, where reasonably possible.
The Seller will review the request and, where appropriate, arrange a replacement, refund or other remedy in accordance with applicable law and the Return & Refund Policy.
12. RETURNS
Products should not be returned without first contacting Profunda Honey.
Where a return is necessary and accepted, the Seller will provide the Buyer with appropriate return instructions.
Products must be returned in their original packaging and in the condition in which they were received, except where the nature of a valid defect or damage makes this impossible.
For food safety and hygiene reasons, opened or used products, or products whose protective seal has been compromised, cannot be returned for ordinary change-of-mind reasons where permitted by applicable law.
13. REFUNDS
Where a refund is approved, the refund will ordinarily be issued to the original payment method.
The time required for the refunded amount to appear in the Buyer’s account may vary depending on the relevant bank or payment service provider.
Nothing in this section affects any mandatory refund rights or deadlines established under applicable law.

Profunda Honey will review customer requests and respond within a reasonable period and within any mandatory period required by applicable law.
15. PERSONAL DATA
Personal information provided by the Buyer is processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
Personal information may be shared with authorized service providers where necessary for payment processing, order fulfillment, shipping, delivery, customer service, fraud prevention and compliance with legal obligations.

16. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
This transaction and the related Distance Sales Agreement are governed by applicable laws of the Republic of Türkiye.
Consumers retain all mandatory rights and remedies provided under applicable consumer protection legislation.
Where applicable, consumers may submit disputes to the competent Consumer Arbitration Committee or Consumer Court in accordance with the applicable monetary limits, jurisdictional requirements and legislation in force at the relevant time.

18. CONFIRMATION
By proceeding with and completing an order through profundahoney.com, the Buyer confirms that the relevant product information, total price, payment information, delivery information and applicable policies were made available for review before the purchase was completed.
The Buyer further confirms that the order creates an obligation to pay once the purchase is submitted and payment is successfully completed.
